Commercial License
Purchase grants the rights below. The software package remains protected intellectual property and may not be redistributed or resold.
License grant
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify Lensically Operator for Threads for the purchaser’s own business and Threads accounts. The purchaser may create internal backups and customer-specific deployments that remain owned and controlled by the purchaser.
Restrictions
The purchaser may not redistribute, publish, sublicense, resell, share, or provide the source package or a substantially equivalent white-label package to another person or business. The purchaser may not remove ownership or license notices for the purpose of representing the original product as independently authored for resale.
Third-party services
GitHub, Cloudflare, Meta, Threads, OpenAI, and all other third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, policies, and approvals. This license does not grant rights to those services or include their fees.
No business-result warranty
The software does not guarantee continuous availability, platform approval, audience growth, reach, revenue, or business results. Product-defect remedies are limited to the separate refund policy and any separate written order terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
Except for the remedies expressly stated in the refund policy or a separate written agreement, the software is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, platform approval, audience growth, revenue, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the software or third-party services.
Termination
The license terminates upon material breach of these restrictions. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. A separate written order or signed agreement controls when it expressly conflicts with this license.
